Our comprehensive warranty gives you a full 2 year’s peace of mind. Your watch is guaranteed for a 2 year period from the date shown on your warranty card or, if the card is lost, from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that your watch develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair any defect free of charge. If your watch cannot be repaired, we will accept your return & offer you an exchange; or accept your return & offer you a full refund for your watch.
Please note, your warranty does not apply to any defect arising from improper use, fair wear & tear & ageing, wilful damage, accident or negligence by you (or any third party) or failure to follow any directions given by us.
The warranty will be void if the case back is opened; or the watch has been repaired in any way by a third party; or modifications have been made to the watch by anyone but us or anyone endorsed by us. The exception to this is for battery replacements which should be carried out by a registered jeweller or watch technician and the receipt retained for the term of the warranty.
Please note, we do not accept battery failure as a fault.
